And unemployment numbers for northwest Arkansas edged slightly downward in October, while the inverse is true for the Fort Smith metro area.
In its inaugural year, the ATC program can already see the effects it is having in rural and low income school districts in the state. We speak with a superintendent as well as two of the fellows. The Benton County Children's Advocacy Center recently received reaccreditation.
