Tony deBrum, Foreign Minister for the Republic of the Marshall Islands, is on a mission. He’s alerting the world on how his Pacific island nation is starting to submerge due to rising seas caused by climate change. And as witness to a decade of cold-war atmospheric nuclear bomb tests on the Marshalls, Minister deBrum is also calling for global nuclear disarmament. Governor Beebe prepares to make his final foreign trade mission during his term in office, and Blanchard Springs Caverns in Stone County is the only cave owned and operated by the U.S. Forest Service that remains open despite a cave closure order aimed at preventing the spread of White Nose Syndrome.

Jacqueline Froelich spoke with an Oklahoma epidemiologist to find out the status of the virus and how to avoid be bitten.The latest state revenue report shows a surplus for the end of the fiscal year. Seventeen-year old Rex Lewis-Clack is an internationally-known teenage piano prodigy, who is blind, illiterate--and severely autistic. He lives in Los Angeles. But on occasion they work together.
