Ahead on this edition of Ozarks, they aren't native to the United States. but Burmese pythons are presenting themselves as quite a problem in parts of the nation; we take a look at how they got here. Plus, after years of planning, an orchard begins to take roots in Fayetteville this afternoon, and students at an area junior high school prepare to put their knowledge and problem solving skills to the test on the statewide stage.
Wayne Bell says theaters in the area already have a few strong movies on their screens, but several more are headed this way,
Northwest Arkansas' unemployment rate dropped in the month of September, and a state economist says that the area is the strongest-performing in the state. Also, a kickball tournament to be held later this week has already raised thousands for the NWA Children's Shelter, even before the first ball is rolled.
